STANDARD SHIPPING (CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES)
Most of our shop offerings are shipped directly from the artist’s studio within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed and are typically delivered in 2-3 business days from that point. Possible shipping delays may occur during peak holiday seasons. Most US orders are shipped via USPS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We and our artists care deeply about the offerings presented on our site. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers – to deal with them fairly and reasonably and we hope that they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
If you find flaws in our products and request a refund, you may return any item within 14 days of receiving it. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items marked as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package appears damaged, please email us at: email@example.com so a claim can be filed. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.
- If your order arrived via UPS or USPS, we will provide you with a return service label (except for Canadian customers/international customers).
- Repack your order. Use the original packing materials if possible. If the original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging; please take care to repack items carefully. If you are unsure how to do so, please call us at: email@example.com
- Please send your return within a week of receiving the return service label. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS
Because most artists ship directly from their studios, returns are shipped directly back to the artists. The return charge is the actual cost of shipping the artwork back to the artist.
Your refund will be processed up to 3 business days after your return is received, though it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
Any order can be canceled before it is shipped by the artist. To cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order. Cancellations cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
