At Artful Vagabond we take your privacy and security seriously.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
When you purchase something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
EMAIL MARKETING
We do not send unsolicited commercial email, otherwise known as “spam.” We do not send email marketing communications unless you subscribe (opt in) to receive such communications from us. We do not sell or rent our visitor or customer email addresses or make them available to other organizations for marketing purposes.
If at any time you would like to stop future delivery of an Artful Vagabond email subscription, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included at the bottom of the email communication or send us an email at: mail@artfulvagabond.com. Asking to be removed from our email list will not prevent you from receiving email communications relating to any online order you place at artfulvagabond.com, or other operational email communications if you have provided us with your email address.

We use PayPal as our third party payment gateway for all shop payments. Visit PayPal’s Privacy Statement on their website. Our shop is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform in conjunction with WordPress that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Our shop and website use Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being viewed.
